Aéropostale, Inc. / Careers Logos

Aéropostale wanted branded recruitment tools developed that maintained its current corporate look and feel but also had a personality separate from any of its consumer marketing materials. These tools were to be used in various ways to attract talent with potential for the company. We helped by incorporating the existing brand look along with adding new graphic elements, language and colors into both print and interactive solutions such as booklets, bilingual brochures and websites for the U.S. and Canada. We also developed a careers logo that helped to further distinguish the recruitment division within the company.

Aéropostale needed recruitment tools developed for the U.S. and Canada to be used in various ways to attract talent with potential for the company. Along with creating an overall careers program logo, we developed separate websites that included relevant content specific to the needs of both geographical areas. The site developed for the U.S. communicated Aero’s culture through videos of employees describing their work experiences for both Corporate and Storeline divisions. We presented the brands, values, history, locations and other information to give applicants a sense of the company as a whole. The U.S. website was supported by printed recruitment booklets for distribution at college fairs around the U.S.
